Job Summary
The Social Media Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in increasing revenue by enhancing our client’s visibility, engaging potential customers, and driving new clients to the business. Through strategic content creation, targeted campaigns, and fostering a strong online community, this role directly contributes to revenue growth. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for growing our social media presence while supporting broader marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

- Proactively manage social media accounts across platforms.

- Protect client data and manage opt-outs effectively.
- Keep up with regulatory changes and complete monthly compliance training.
- Use social feedback and NPS scores to drive continuous improvement and customer-centric communications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in financial services.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Tech savvy, especially with MS Office.
- Proactive with a solution-focused mindset.
