Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 1 day a week in Manchester, occasional travel)

Salary: Circa £31,000 to £33,000 per annum

Role summary
One of our favourite clients are looking for a Senior Social Media & Influencer Executive to take the reins of their social channels and partnerships — someone who can create engaging content, build vibrant communities, and deliver influencer collaborations that really move the needle .

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Campaigns

• Develop and deliver a monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok.
• Create diverse, engaging posts — visuals, copy, and video — tailored to each platform.
• Optimise performance with channel best practice, testing, and analytics.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure content reflects the full brand story.
• Contribute to bold, social-first campaign ideas.
• Capture live event content.

️ Community Management

• Be the voice of our brand — responding to comments and DMs with personality and authenticity.
• Foster community spirit by sparking conversation and building genuine relationships.
• Monitor sentiment, manage reputation, and step in where needed.
• Expand influence by joining and engaging in relevant online groups.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Identify and onboard creators who align with our brand values and audience.
• Run influencer campaigns that drive awareness, conversions, and engagement.
• Manage contracts, briefs, approvals, and day-to-day relationships.
• Keep collaborations smooth, creative, and impactful.

Data & Reporting

• Track performance, make data-led recommendations, and generate clear reports.
• Stay on top of competitor activity, social trends, and emerging platforms.
• Share insights with the wider team and embed new ideas.

KPIs

• Grow brand awareness (reach, impressions, share of voice, follower growth).
• Drive engagement and conversions from social content.
• Build a positive, thriving online community.
• Deliver influencer campaigns that boost reach and measurable results.

About You

• Degree-level or equivalent experience in marketing.
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience in social media & influencer marketing.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with proven ability to deliver content that cuts through.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and hungry to continuously improve.
• Confident team player, with the energy to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable on camera? Big plus.
• Membership organisation or private rented sector experience = nice to have, not essential.
