The Role

Love Paid Social? We're working with one of Yorkshire's fastest-growing digital agencies to find a Senior Paid Social Specialist who wants to do more than optimise campaigns. This is an opportunity to become the agency's Paid Social expert—leading strategy, delivering exceptional client results, helping win new business, and shaping a service offering with huge growth potential. You'll work across an exciting mix of B2B and B2C clients spanning healthcare, finance, fintech, property and emerging sectors, creating campaigns that genuinely move the needle. Bonus points if you’ve worked in regulated sectors before. Most importantly, this role offers genuine progression. As the paid social function grows, you'll play a key role in building the team around you, with a clear pathway towards becoming the agency's future Paid Media Lead.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Paid Social Strategy & Campaign Management
    • Develop and deliver paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms
    • Plan, launch and optimise campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, engagement and conversion
    • Build audience strategies, testing frameworks and budget plans
    • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
    • Translate client objectives into commercially focused paid social activity
    • Collaborate closely with content, creative and strategy teams to produce high-performing campaigns
  • Tracking, Attribution & Measurement
    • Own paid social tracking across multiple client accounts
    • Configure and maintain: Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager, GA4 Conversion tracking frameworks
    • Ensure campaign attribution and reporting accuracy
    • Support website tracking audits and technical implementation
    • Work alongside developers to deliver robust measurement solutions
    • Continuously improve tracking quality and campaign insight
  • Reporting & Client Performance
    • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
    • Build meaningful dashboards focused on commercial outcomes rather than vanity metrics
    • Analyse campaign performance and present actionable recommendations
    • Confidently present insights and strategic recommendations to clients
    • Identify trends, opportunities and areas for continuous optimisation
  • Agency Growth & New Business
    • Support pitches, proposals and new business presentations
    • Develop paid media recommendations and media plans for prospective clients
    • Lead paid social discussions during client discovery sessions
    • Help identify new paid social services and revenue opportunities
    • Work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the agency's paid social offering
  • Building the Paid Social Function
    • Take ownership of developing and growing the agency's Paid Social capability
    • Build relationships with trusted freelance specialists where additional resource is required
    • Help define processes, best practice and scalable ways of working
    • Support future recruitment and onboarding as the team grows
    • Mentor junior colleagues as the function expands
    • Play a key role in building a high-performing Paid Media team

What We're Looking For

  • 4-5 years' Paid Social experience within a digital, creative or marketing agency
  • Strong experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Bonus for TikTok too!)
  • Experience working across both B2B and B2C clients
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy, optimisation and paid social best practice
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine focus on ROI and business outcomes
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced agency environment
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
