Senior Paid Media Manager

Location – Remote – but must be UK based and spend one day a month in Harrogate office Salary – £40k+ – depending on experience Ready to lead strategy, grow a team, and drive real results across Paid Media? We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager / Head Of Paid Media to join a fast-growing digital agency specialising in ecommerce. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, lead a team of two , and deliver performance across Google Ads and Meta . You’ll work closely with the Head of Commerce, oversee media planning and execution, and shape strategies for both established and emerging ecommerce brands. With strong growth ahead, this role comes with genuine opportunity for progression as the agency scales. What You’ll Be Doing Leading paid media strategy – Developing and delivering media plans across Google Ads and Meta Owning client relationships – Acting as the strategic lead for key ecommerce clients Managing and mentoring a team of 2 – Supporting specialists across day-to-day execution Driving performance – Monitoring KPIs, optimising campaigns, and troubleshooting issues Forecasting and ROI modelling – Building budget plans and guiding spend Supporting new business – Contributing to pitch strategies and media planning Collaborating across teams – Aligning with creative, data, and client services Staying ahead – Keeping up with trends, tools, and platform developments What You’ll Bring to the Table Skills & Experience • 4+ years in paid media – Google Ads and Meta are musts • Strategic mindset with strong client-facing experience • Proven track record of delivering results in ecommerce or agency settings • Confident managing budgets, reporting, and campaign optimisation • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members • Bonus: Affiliate, programmatic, or retail experience a plus Attitude & Values • Commercially focused and results-driven • Supportive leader and confident collaborator • Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure • Growth-minded – you’re ambitious for yourself and your team Why Join?
