We\'re working exclusively with an agency looking for a proactive, relationship-led Senior Event Manager to oversee high-profile activations and experiences. You\'ll be the glue across projects — building trust with clients, aligning creative and production teams, and making sure every moving part comes together on time, on budget and on brief.
Events are full of detail and momentum — so you\'ll bring clear communication, foresight and the ability to spot issues before they become problems. From briefing to delivery, you\'ll keep clients confident, teams aligned and standards high.
What you\'ll do
Build and grow client relationships — set expectations, earn trust, keep delivery on track.
Oversee event programmes end-to-end — scoping, planning, timelines, budgets and delivery.
Be the comms hub — connect clients, creatives and producers; land information clearly and fast.
Anticipate and problem-solve — spot risks, manage change, keep projects moving.
Lead with confidence — manage teams, partners and stakeholders to deliver seamlessly.
Drive quality — ensure every detail lands, from concept through to live experience.

4+ years\' experience in events, brand activations or experiential.
