This is a brand-new, impact-driven role for a digital creative who lives at the intersection of design, motion, and user experience. You’ll play a vital part in shaping the agency’s digital output – from websites to campaigns to standout social content. If you’re an ideas-led creative who can flex across brand, digital, and motion design – this team wants you at the table Key Responsibilities Lead digital creative concepts across campaigns and brand work ️ Design clean, modern, user-centric websites in collaboration with UX and dev teams Create digital assets for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and more ️ Produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics using After Effects, Cinema 4D or similar Use Figma for prototyping, collaboration, and scalable UI design Contribute to and evolve digital brand guidelines across clients Stay on top of digital trends and creative best practices ️ Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and developers for cohesive delivery Mentor junior designers and support their growth What You Bring Strong portfolio across digital, web, and motion projects Proven experience creating for social, digital and performance-driven channels Hands-on with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.) Confident communicator who can talk clients and colleagues through design decisions Strategic mindset – understanding not just what looks good, but what works Bonus points for experience with HTML/CSS, prototyping, or creative coding ️ Why You’ll Love It Here Real creative autonomy and trust to lead bold ideas A small, collaborative, family-feel team – no egos, just great work A new benefits package being shaped right now – your input will help shape it!
