Location – Leeds (3 days in, 2 from home)

Salary – £25–27k Depending on experience

We’re working with a brilliant consumer PR agency that’s looking for an Account Executive to join their growing team. You’ll be the engine that keeps accounts running smoothly — writing, researching, organising, and building relationships with journalists and clients alike. You’ll be part of a team that values curiosity, creativity and getting stuck in. Expect plenty of variety, great training and the chance to grow your skills quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting client accounts with planning, research, reporting and day-to-day coordination
  • Writing and editing social posts, blogs, press releases and newsletters
  • Helping run client social channels and reporting on results
  • Building and maintaining media lists (training provided)
  • Pitching stories to journalists and securing quality coverage
  • Taking notes and following up actions from client calls and meetings
  • Supporting the team with events, podcasts and other marketing activity
  • Keeping everything organised — from timesheets to coverage reports

What You’ll Bring

  • At least one years’ experience in-house comms role or at a PR agency
  • A genuine interest in PR, communications
  • Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Confident communicator – on email, in person and on the phone
  • Organised, reliable and proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Curious, eager to learn and happy to ask questions
  • Team player who lifts others and gets stuck in
