Ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a brilliant PR and social agency that’s looking for a bright, ambitious PR & Social Account Manager to join their growing team in Leeds. You’ll work across an impressive mix of corporate, B2B and consumer brands. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves building relationships, crafting stories that cut through, and delivering measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted partner
  • Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, market and goals
  • Creating compelling PR and social ideas that earn attention and drive engagement
  • Managing media relations, from pitching and commentary to features and issues management
  • Planning and producing social content (particularly LinkedIn) and supporting paid campaigns
  • Using insights and data to shape stories, evaluate success and improve performance
  • Managing budgets, timesheets and deadlines to deliver profitable, on‑time projects
  • Supporting new business through idea generation and proposal input

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years’ PR agency experience (corporate or B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to secure meaningful media coverage and build journalist relationships
  • Strong understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn and scheduling tools
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Confidence presenting ideas and updates to clients
  • A proactive, positive and commercially minded approach
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Experience reporting on performance and ROI
