Ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a brilliant PR and social agency that’s looking for a bright, ambitious PR & Social Account Manager to join their growing team in Leeds. You’ll work across an impressive mix of corporate, B2B and consumer brands. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves building relationships, crafting stories that cut through, and delivering measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted partner
- Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, market and goals
- Creating compelling PR and social ideas that earn attention and drive engagement
- Managing media relations, from pitching and commentary to features and issues management
- Planning and producing social content (particularly LinkedIn) and supporting paid campaigns
- Using insights and data to shape stories, evaluate success and improve performance
- Managing budgets, timesheets and deadlines to deliver profitable, on‑time projects
- Supporting new business through idea generation and proposal input
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years’ PR agency experience (corporate or B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to secure meaningful media coverage and build journalist relationships
- Strong understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn and scheduling tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Confidence presenting ideas and updates to clients
- A proactive, positive and commercially minded approach
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Experience reporting on performance and ROI
