About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join a fast‑growing, performance‑led agency and play a key role in delivering measurable results for a range of exciting clients. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you’ll be responsible for the management, optimisation and growth of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with a talented team to develop strategies that drive performance, using data, insight and creativity to deliver impactful outcomes. You’ll have ownership of your accounts, working directly with clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
- Build strong, trusted relationships and represent the agency to a high standard
- Lead client calls and meetings, providing updates, insights and recommendations
- Keep clients informed on performance, trends and market changes
- Develop and execute performance‑led paid media strategies aligned to client objectives
- Own campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta
