What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and implement clear quality control processes across all outputs
- Review all creative, digital, and production work before delivery or launch
- Build and maintain QA checklists, workflows, and standards
- Conduct regular audits and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with design, copy, dev, and client teams to resolve issues quickly
- Use feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement
- Manage QA documentation, reporting, and processes
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and client expectations
- Help promote a strong culture of quality across the agency
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in quality control / QA / production (agency experience ideal)
- Strong understanding of processes, auditing, and continuous improvement
- Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss
- Confident communicator who can challenge work constructively
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
