The Role
Our client are looking for a Midweight Designer with strong creative instincts and the craft to match. You’ll be hands-on across a variety of formats — from print and packaging through to digital, social, and campaign work .
This is a role for someone with 3+ years’ agency/studio experience , a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality design and artwork that’s both visually impactful and strategically on-brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
️ Deliver thoughtful, creative designs across print, digital, packaging, and campaign formats.
Support concept development and take ideas through to final execution.
Produce layouts, visuals, and artwork to a high production standard.
Create assets for packaging, environmental, and video projects.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all outputs.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to hit deadlines and deliverables.
About You
3+ years’ experience in a studio or agency environment.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing Design, Layout, And Artwork Skills.
️ Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience delivering across both print and digital .
️ Strong organisational and time management skills.
️ Confident communicator — able to present ideas internally and liaise with clients when needed.
Detail-oriented, passionate about well-crafted creative work.
Bonus Points If You Also Have
Figma knowledge.
After Effects / motion design skills.
