What You’ll Be Doing
Planning and buying: Delivering campaigns across TV, radio, outdoor, digital, and print, with a focus on delivering results for your clients.
Strategic thinking: Implementing long-term client strategies that drive growth and success.
Relationship building: Owning relationships with clients, media owners, and stakeholders, ensuring strong partnerships.
Team leadership: Supporting, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver exceptional results.
New business development: Getting involved in pitches, presentations, and strategy meetings to bring in new opportunities.
Collaboration: Working seamlessly with other departments to give clients an unfair competitive advantage!
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Skills and experience:
- 3+ years of planning and buying experience across multiple media channels, including TV.
- Strong client relationship skills and ownership of several accounts.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with experience leading client meetings and presentations.
- Team management experience, mentoring and developing talent for exceptional client delivery.
