Location: Leeds – 4 days a week on-site / 1 day remote

Salary: £30-45k, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and buying: Delivering campaigns across TV, radio, outdoor, digital, and print, with a focus on delivering results for your clients.
  • Strategic thinking: Implementing long-term client strategies that drive growth and success.
  • Relationship building: Owning relationships with clients, media owners, and stakeholders, ensuring strong partnerships.
  • Team leadership: Supporting, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • New business development: Getting involved in pitches, presentations, and strategy meetings to bring in new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Working seamlessly with other departments to give clients an unfair competitive advantage!

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Skills and experience:
    • 2+ years of planning and buying experience across multiple media channels, including TV.
    • Strong client relationship skills and ownership of several accounts.
    • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with experience leading client meetings and presentations.
    • Team management experience, mentoring and developing talent for exceptional client delivery.
  • Attitude and values:
