What You'll Be Doing
- Brand & Creative Leadership
- Act as the guardian of the brand and sub‑brands, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs
- Lead the creative response to briefs from concept through to delivery
- Champion best practice and introduce new digital design trends and ideas

- Design & Delivery
- Create high‑quality digital assets, including website graphics and landing pages, social media content, email marketing assets, digital advertising campaigns, marketing collateral and branded content
- Ensure all work is aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Deliver creative solutions that balance user experience, business goals, and visual impact
- Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers and videographers
- Oversee studio workflow and resource allocation
