As the business enters an exciting new phase of growth and brand evolution, they're looking for a Designer to help elevate every customer touchpoint, from high-performing CRM campaigns and digital assets to the wider visual identity of the brand itself.

This is a broad and rewarding role for someone who thrives on variety. One day you'll be designing email campaigns, web banners and marketing assets that drive engagement and conversion. The next, you'll be helping shape brand guidelines, influence creative direction and ensure every piece of communication feels consistent, polished and on-brand. You’ll be joining a collaborative marketing team where quality matters, ideas are encouraged and everyone takes ownership of their work. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing high-quality email campaigns, web banners and digital marketing assets across multiple channels
  • Supporting CRM activity with both templated and bespoke email designs that balance creativity with technical requirements
  • Providing creative input and design guidance across wider marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with copywriters, marketers and stakeholders to bring creative briefs to life
  • Helping develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint
  • Taking ownership of quality assurance, reviewing work carefully before launch to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Staying up to date with design trends, tools and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 2–4 years' experience within a design role, ideally in a marketing, brand or digital environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across email, web and campaign assets
  • Experience within ecommerce, affiliate, membership or customer-focused businesses would be highly advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills would be a bonus
  • A solid understanding of brand principles and experience working within or contributing to brand guidelines
  • Familiarity with HTML email design and collaborating with CRM teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality and consistency
  • Confidence presenting creative ideas and explaining design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach with the ability to take feedback positively and adapt quickly
