Ready to step into a Finance Manager role where you can genuinely shape financial strategy, introduce structure, and support ambitious commercial growth? We’re working with a leading global communications agency operating across PR, social media, influencer marketing, activations, partnerships and creative campaigns. As the business continues to scale internationally across multiple service divisions, they’re now looking for a commercially-minded Finance Manager to help strengthen the finance function and support the next phase of growth.

This is far more than a traditional back-office finance role. The opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with leadership teams, building scalable financial processes, and bringing greater visibility across commercial performance, forecasting and profitability. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across PR, Marketing, Influencer, Activations and Partnerships, helping shape financial direction whilst also maintaining strong operational oversight across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day financial operations of the business
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
  • Improving financial systems, reporting processes and operational controls
  • Supporting leadership teams with commercial insight and profitability analysis
  • Managing cash flow, reconciliations, invoicing and credit control processes
  • Overseeing payroll, banking activities and supplier payments
  • Preparing management accounts and supporting statutory reporting requirements
  • Partnering with Directors and department leads to support strategic decision-making
  • Reviewing supplier agreements and commercial arrangements to ensure strong financial performance
  • Building scalable financial processes to support future business growth
  • Bringing greater visibility, structure and commercial thinking into the finance function

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Previous experience within a Finance Manager or senior finance role
  • Strong financial management, reporting and operational finance capability
  • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
  • Commercially minded with the ability to support strategic business decisions
  • Experience working within fast-paced agency, creative, entertainment or media environments would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance and reporting processes
  • Comfortable working independently whilst collaborating across multiple departments
  • Strong working knowledge of financial software and reporting systems, with Xero experience beneficial
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability preferred
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant preferred (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
