The Opportunity

We're working with a fast-growing workspace platform that helps businesses find, compare and secure office space.

It lists 3,000+ workspaces across 30+ cities, with dedicated advisors supporting clients from search to move-in, free of charge.

The properties this company works with are some of the most luxurious, exclusive workspaces on the market.

They need a Digital Marketing Manager with solid SEO experience and a broad grasp of digital marketing to build strong digital foundations that drive more inbound leads.

It's a hands-on role in a team of around 10. You'll shape digital plans with the Head of Marketing, Head of Sales and Founder, and lead on delivering them.

The team has already built a highly successful social presence.

You'll build on it, bringing the process, structure and search know-how to turn that momentum into a steady flow of enquiries.

You won't need to know everything on day one. This role suits someone with a strong foundation who's keen to grow, with the chance to build a team as the digital function expands.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • SEO & Organic Growth
  • Plan and deliver day-to-day SEO activity, including on-page optimisation, content and link building.
  • Support the site's technical health, working with developers or specialists on larger fixes.
  • Carry out keyword research and build content plans around the terms clients search for, such as office space in key London areas.
  • Keep improving the site's location and listing pages, learning what works as you go.
  • Keep an eye on how AI search is changing discovery, and help the business adapt.
  • Inbound Lead Generation
  • Help build and implement digital plans focused on generating quality inbound enquiries.
  • Suggest and test improvements to landing pages, enquiry forms and calls to action.
  • Work with the Head of Sales to understand which leads are most valuable and feed that into your plans.
  • Spot new opportunities to reach potential clients and bring ideas to the team.
  • Building on Social Success
  • Work alongside the existing marketing team to connect the strong social presence with search and the website.
  • Help make social, content and SEO work together rather than as separate channels.
  • Repurpose what already works on social into search-friendly content, and the reverse.
  • Wider Digital Marketing
  • Support activity across email, CRM, paid media and the website as priorities require.
  • Put simple, repeatable processes in place so the team can deliver consistently.
  • Brief and coordinate freelancers or external specialists where needed.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track and report on performance using GA4, Search Console and the CRM.
  • Share clear updates on traffic, rankings, enquiries and what's driving them.
  • Turn results into practical recommendations and next steps.
  • Use learnings to improve each round of activity.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on SEO.
  • Experience supporting lead generation, ideally in a B2B agency environment, or in a property or a service-led business.
  • A solid working knowledge of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page, content and link building.
  • Some understanding of technical SEO, and confidence working with developers on it.
  • A good working knowledge of the wider digital mix: email, CRM, paid media, social and website/CMS.
  • Confidence with GA4, Search Console and at least one SEO tool, such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog.
  • Some awareness of AI search and how it's changing the way people find businesses.
  • Good commercial awareness. You understand how marketing supports sales and the wider business.
  • An organised, process-driven approach to your work.
  • Clear communication, and comfort working alongside senior leaders.
  • A collaborative mindset. You'll build on what's working rather than replace it.
  • Someone keen to build a team and grow with the business.
  • Bonus points
  • Experience on a larger or listings-based website.
  • Experience in commercial property, flexible workspace or a marketplace business.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • What Great Looks Like at 90 Days
  • You know the site, the audience and the sales process well.
  • An SEO and content plan agreed with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales.
  • Early improvements live on the website.
  • Regular reporting in place, showing how digital activity supports enquiries.
  • The Business

You'll be joining a small, ambitious team where everyone's contribution is visible.

The business combines a powerful search platform with a people-first advisory service, trusted by hundreds of companies from start-ups to global brands.

Collaboration is central to how the team works. Marketing, sales and leadership sit closely together, so good ideas move quickly and you'll see the impact of your work directly.

Why Join?

  • Real ownership of SEO and inbound activity, with the support of senior leaders.
  • Work directly with the Head of Marketing, Head of Sales and Founder.
  • Build on a proven social presence rather than starting from zero.
  • A content-rich platform with plenty of organic growth potential.
  • Room to develop your skills in SEO, AI search and lead generation.
  • An opportunity to grow a digital marketing function and team.
  • A hybrid set-up with a vibrant Shoreditch office.
  • Two team away trips a year (sometimes abroad).
  • Regular monthly team lunches.
  • 28 days' holiday including bank holidays, plus an extra day for each year you stay with the business (up to 5 years).
  • This Isn't for You If
  • You'd rather plan than get hands-on.
  • You're not interested in how your work turns into enquiries.
