The Opportunity
Our agency partner is an exciting, award-winning creative agency producing standout campaigns and content for brands across sport, fashion, FMCG and lifestyle.
They're looking for an organised, enthusiastic Production Co-ordinator to support the delivery of creative projects across film, photography, digital and social.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves making things happen, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys working with talented people to bring ideas to life.
You'll work closely with the production team, helping ensure projects run smoothly from initial planning through to final delivery.
Important: This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency where you'll be working across multiple brands and projects. You'll need to be comfortable moving quickly, challenging thinking and getting stuck in.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Delivery
- Support the planning and co-ordination of film shoots, photography projects and content production.
- Assist with production schedules, call sheets, shoot logistics and project documentation.
- Co-ordinate locations, equipment, talent, crew and external suppliers.
- Help ensure projects remain on schedule and key deadlines are met.
Organisation & Administration
- Maintain accurate production records, schedules and project trackers.
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, supplier quotes and invoicing.
- Organise production meetings and communicate updates to relevant teams.
- Assist with the smooth running of shoots and day-to-day production activity.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Producers, Creative teams and Account Management.
- Build positive relationships with freelancers, suppliers and production partners.
- Identify potential issues early and help find practical solutions.
- Support the delivery of high-quality creative work in a busy agency environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in production co-ordination, creative project support or a similar role.
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Confidence working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- An interest in film, photography, content creation and creative production.
- A collaborative personality and willingness to get stuck in.
- Experience within a creative agency, production company or content studio would be particularly beneficial.
