We're working exclusively with a brilliant creative agency to find a Social Media Manager who can do the full 360: plan it, shoot it, edit it, post it, optimise it... and then go again.

You’ll own social across a portfolio of clients, creating a high volume of content that’s built to perform, not just look pretty.

It’s fast-paced, reactive, and properly hands-on.

You’ll need to think like a creator, act like a strategist, and be comfortable jumping on trends, testing ideas, and pushing for better results every day.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Owning social delivery across multiple client accounts - from strategy through to execution and reporting
  • Working closely with the team to shape and evolve social strategies
  • Planning, capturing and creating content - filming, photographing and editing (often on-site)
  • Producing high volumes of social-first content and repurposing it across formats
  • Testing constantly - hooks, formats, styles and ideas to see what lands
  • Spotting trends early and turning them into content that fits each brand
  • Collaborating with the wider team to develop ideas that actually perform
  • Keeping up with platform updates, features and algorithm changes
  • Sourcing and managing influencers and creators where needed
  • Boosting top-performing content (paid social knowledge is a bonus, not essential)
  • Monitoring performance daily and making real-time tweaks
  • Managing communities - responding, engaging and building relationships
  • Pulling together clear monthly reports and presenting back to clients

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in a hands-on social media role
  • A strong understanding of how platforms really work - trends, formats, algorithms and behaviour
  • Confident creating content end-to-end - from idea through to filming and editing
  • Comfortable using tools like Cap Cut, Canva (or similar)
  • Experience managing multiple clients without dropping the detail
  • Mindset & Approach
  • Content-first - you're as comfortable behind the camera as you are behind a strategy
  • Fast and reactive - you thrive on pace and can adapt ideas quickly
  • Creative thinker - able to turn insight into content that performs
