Own the strategy. Lead the channel. Drive real growth. We’re looking for an experienced SEO leader to take ownership of organic search across a portfolio of ambitious brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn insight into action and rankings into revenue.
If you’re confident setting SEO direction, leading accounts, and working closely with paid media, content and data teams to maximise performance, this one’s got your name on it.
What You’ll Do
- Lead SEO strategy – Own the organic search roadmap across multiple clients, from audits to long-term growth plans
- Deliver performance – Drive improvements across rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Be the expert – Act as the go-to SEO voice for clients and internal teams
- Get hands-on – Technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy and link development
- Collaborate – Work closely with paid media, data and content teams to deliver joined-up performance
- Report & recommend – Turn data into clear insights, actions and client confidence
- Shape the future – Help evolve SEO processes, tools and best practice across the agency
