They're looking for a Senior Marketing & Growth Manager to help shape their visibility, reputation and pipeline. Sitting at the intersection of marketing and new business, you'll help build awareness today while creating opportunities for tomorrow.
This isn't a traditional sales role. Nor is it a role where you'll simply be scheduling social posts and sending newsletters. Instead, you'll work closely with senior leadership to help drive agency growth through brilliant marketing, engaging content, meaningful industry relationships, and a consistent presence across the channels that matter. You'll help ensure the agency stays front of mind when potential clients are ready to buy, while supporting the activity that turns awareness into opportunity.
If you're curious about brands, passionate about marketing, and interested in how agencies grow, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering integrated marketing and growth campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, website content and events
- Helping bring greater structure, consistency and purpose to our marketing activity
- Creating engaging content including case studies, blogs, social posts, email campaigns, presentations and thought leadership pieces
- Showcasing our work, our people and our expertise in ways that build familiarity and trust with future clients
- Contributing to campaign planning, sequencing and messaging – not just execution
- Helping develop repeatable content formats and creative assets that strengthen our visibility and brand recognition
- Measuring marketing performance and identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness
- Supporting new business activity through thoughtful, relationship-led marketing rather than high-volume cold outreach
- Helping deliver industry events, awards submissions, partnerships and referral initiatives
- Maintaining CRM accuracy, audience segmentation and campaign data
- Using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Canva, LinkedIn and AI platforms to improve efficiency, insight and output
What You'll Bring

- Experience using CRM and marketing platforms
Mindset & Approach
- Naturally curious about brands, marketing and business growth
- Commercially aware and interested in how marketing contributes to long-term success
- Comfortable contributing ideas as well as delivering them
- Equally happy thinking strategically and getting stuck into the detail
- Confident building relationships both online and in person
- Interested in the wider marketing and agency landscape
