We’re recruiting exclusively for an ambitious independent agency looking for a proactive, commercially curious marketer to help raise its profile and support growth. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves content, campaigns, events and comms — and wants to learn more about how agencies build relationships, stay front of mind and create new opportunities.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across marketing and business development activity, supporting everything from social, email and website content to events, case studies, CRM activity and campaign reporting. It’s a great fit for someone who can write well, stay organised, bring ideas to the table and get stuck into the detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting integrated marketing activity across social, email, website content and events
- Creating engaging content including case studies, blogs, social posts, presentations and email campaigns
- Helping build awareness and visibility through consistent, high-quality marketing activity
- Supporting new business and relationship-building activity
- Spotting opportunities to strengthen the agency’s profile and reputation
- Helping with events, partnerships and industry activity
- Tracking performance and helping improve the effectiveness of marketing activity
- Keeping CRM data up to date and supporting audience segmentation where needed
- Using marketing, CRM and AI tools to support campaigns and growth activity
What You’ll Bring Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, PR, account management or agency growth
- Agency experience would be a real advantage
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience creating content across social, email, web or campaign channels
- A good understanding of social media, email marketing and content marketing
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle a few projects at once
- Comfortable looking at campaign performance and using insights to improve activity
