Senior Events & Activations Project Manager

If you've spent the last few years delivering events and brand activations and you're comfortable taking complete ownership of a project from brief to live delivery, this could be a very good one.
We're working with a creative agency looking for an experienced Senior Events & Activations Project Manager to lead a mixture of brand, community and experiential projects for some seriously good consumer and lifestyle brands.
This isn't really a step-up opportunity. They need someone who can come in and confidently run projects from day one, manage clients and suppliers, keep budgets and timings under control and lead more junior members of the team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading events and activations from initial brief through to delivery and wrap-up
- Building and managing project plans, timings, budgets and P&Ls
- Coordinating creative, client service, production teams and external suppliers
- Managing event logistics, production requirements, RAMS and method statements
- Keeping clients and internal teams informed and projects moving
- Building strong supplier relationships and solving problems quickly when plans change
- Line managing and developing junior members of the team
You’ll need:
- Strong experience delivering events, activations or experiential work, ideally within an agency environment
- A track record of independently owning complex projects
- Confidence managing budgets, suppliers and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experience managing or mentoring other people
- The ability to stay calm, make decisions and work out what needs to happen next
In short, they're looking for someone who's organised, proactive, good with people and very good at making things happen.
