Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Senior Event Producer, you’ll be front and centre – juggling budgets, briefs, suppliers, and smashing on-site event delivery. You’ll be one of the key people turning ideas into unforgettable experiences that wow the agency’s clients.
Key Objectives
- Embody and live company values in everything you do
- Deliver excellent client servicing with great stakeholder feedback
- Manage budgets confidently to hit 40%+ margins
- Procure suppliers accurately and on time
- Ensure all documentation (event bibles, H&S, working docs) is accurate and up-to-date
- Share key info clearly with the wider team
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Manage budgets, timelines and client-facing documents
- Deliver events safely and smoothly, with full H&S delivery on-site
- Production
- Support supplier management for builds and AV, ensuring budget alignment
- Client Relationships
- Build supportive, trust-based relationships that make clients come back for more
- Pitches
- Be part of pitch kick-offs – researching and crafting bold ideas that stand out
- Creative
- Support the creative team with clear briefs
- Make sure everything is signed off, proofed and ready to impress
- On-site Support
- Be right there on-site, supporting through build, live delivery and de-rig
- Make sure the client feels totally looked after
- Communication
- Keep documentation tight, timely and shared – including reports, timelines & crew details
- Event Operations
- Handle logistics like a pro: travel, accommodation, haulage – it’s all on you
- Task Lists
- Keep the team in sync by updating project tasks for daily stand-ups
- Sustainability
- Lead with purpose – choose greener options, reuse materials, reduce waste
