Love seeing ideas make it out of the deck and into the real world? We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a fantastic agency retail team working across some brilliant global names. This is a great role for someone who understands how campaigns and creative ideas become practical, polished executions – from toolkits and product launches to activations and in-store rollouts. You’ll be keeping projects moving, supporting senior leadership and taking proper ownership of day-to-day delivery. Expect plenty of variety, plenty of pace, and the chance to work on projects that don’t just sit in a presentation – they actually land in stores.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing multiple retail-focused projects from brief through to delivery
- Supporting the creation and rollout of toolkits across global markets
- Getting involved in activations, launches, and in-store executions
- Leading client briefs and making sure everything is clear, structured, and actionable
- Working closely with internal teams to keep projects on time and on budget
- Spotting issues early and helping keep everything running smoothly
- Building strong day-to-day relationships with clients
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Experience & Skills
- About 3+ years’ agency experience in an account handling role
- A strong understanding of retail environments and how campaigns land in-store
- Experience delivering toolkits, activations, or product launches
- Confidence managing multiple projects at once
- Solid organisational skills, with a good grasp of budgets and project commercials
