  • Leading production projects – Own everything from large-scale community events and activations to smaller workshops.
  • Owning client relationships – Build trust, manage expectations and lead meetings and presentations with confidence.
  • Keeping delivery on track – Manage timelines, budgets, resources, critical paths and multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Bringing teams together – Work closely with client services, creative teams, agency departments and external suppliers to keep everyone aligned.
  • Managing suppliers – Build long-term partnerships, lead commercial conversations and find innovative partners who can elevate the finished work.
  • Protecting quality and profitability – Maintain high standards while managing forecasting, reconciliation, invoicing and project profitability.
  • Improving how things work – Develop tools, processes and working practices that save time, money and resources.
  • Leading and developing people – Support direct reports, provide meaningful feedback and help junior colleagues grow in confidence and capability.
  • Supporting agency growth – Spot opportunities within existing accounts, contribute to new business and help deliver agreed commercial targets.
  • What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Around

6+ years’ experience within an agency environment, or a relevant marketing qualification alongside strong practical experience.

  • Extensive production experience across live events, experiential activations, workshops or similarly complex physical projects.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience supporting teams and direct reports to deliver their best work.
  • Strong commercial judgement — confident discussing budgets, negotiating with suppliers and protecting project margins.
  • Brilliant organisation and prioritisation skills, particularly when several projects are live at once.
  • A calm, proactive and solutions-led approach when plans change or pressure builds.
  • Confident communication skills, with the authority to lead client conversations and present with impact.
  • An inquisitive mind, plenty of initiative and the ability to bring people together.

Why Join?

  • Help shape and grow a key agency capability.
  • Work closely with clients, creative teams and innovative suppliers.
