They're looking for a
PPC Manager to take ownership of Paid Search strategy and delivery across a diverse client portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management while helping to develop both clients and colleagues.
You’ll lead Paid Search activity across
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360 and other emerging platforms , working closely with Paid Social, SEO, Analytics, Creative and Client Services teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
- Paid Search Strategy
- Own and develop Paid Search strategies that deliver against commercial objectives and client KPIs.
- Lead integrated search strategies across
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360 and other paid platforms .
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing, automation, audience development and AI-driven optimisation.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Manage campaigns from planning through to optimisation, reporting and client presentation.
- Deliver best-in-class Paid Search campaigns across lead generation, brand and performance marketing objectives.
- Work closely with Paid Social and wider Biddable teams to deliver joined-up digital strategies.
- Ensure campaigns consistently meet performance targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to Paid Search expert.
- Lead client meetings, campaign reviews and quarterly business reviews with confidence.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional digital services.
- Support and mentor Paid Search Managers, Analysts and Executives.
- Share best practice, technical expertise and platform knowledge across the wider team.
- Collaborate with the Head of Biddable to develop the agency's Paid Search proposition and Google partnership.
- Champion an
Experiment & Learn mindset, continually testing new features, bidding strategies, automation and AI tools.
- Contribute to new service development and help shape the future of the agency's Search offering.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4+ years' experience managing Paid Search campaigns within an agency, in-house team or media owner.
- Strong hands-on experience across
- Google Ads and
Microsoft Ads .
- Experience with
DV360 , affiliate marketing or other paid media platforms would be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis.
- Experience delivering lead generation and performance marketing campaigns across multiple sectors.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- A collaborative approach with experience supporting and developing junior team members.
- Experience working with education sector clients. Knowledge of wider digital marketing disciplines including
SEO, Paid Social, Content Strategy, UX and CRO .
- Experience of integrated media planning and offline media.
- You're passionate about Paid Search and enjoy combining strategy with hands-on optimisation.
- You're commercially minded and always looking for opportunities to improve client performance.
