A numerate degree (Maths, Science, Stats, Marketing, etc.)
Strong interest in data, analytics, and digital marketing
Ability to communicate insights clearly—both written and verbal
High attention to detail—you check your work properly
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
Bonus Points
Exposure to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager
Basic knowledge of SQL, R, or Python
Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.)
