You’ll take raw data from websites and marketing platforms and turn it into clear insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. You’ll get under the skin of your clients’ performance—understanding user behaviour, identifying opportunities, and helping improve everything from tracking setups to conversion performance. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience across analytics, tracking, and client‑facing work.

Build dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel & Google Sheets
Turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Present findings back to clients in a way that actually makes sense
Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, event tracking, and conversion tracking
Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager (including third-party tags)
Support improvements to data collection and dataLayer implementation
Develop and maintain activity plans with clients
Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Dev, and Client Services teams
Attend internal and client meetings to report on performance
Speak directly with clients via calls, meetings, and presentations

What We’re Looking For
A numerate degree (Maths, Science, Stats, Marketing, etc.)
Strong interest in data, analytics, and digital marketing
Ability to communicate insights clearly—both written and verbal
High attention to detail—you check your work properly
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets

Bonus Points
Exposure to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager
Basic knowledge of SQL, R, or Python
Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.)

You’re curious and research‑driven
You challenge the status quo and look for better ways of doing things
You collaborate well and enjoy working across teams
You’re open to learning, new ideas, and new tech
You take initiative and actively build your skillset

Why This Role?
Hands‑on experience across analytics, tracking, and client work
Work with a variety of clients and datasets
Learn from experienced data and digital specialists
Clear opportunity to develop and grow in a high‑demand field

Benefits
25 days holiday (+bh) increasing yearly to 30
