Your Role in a Nutshell
As the Event Producer, you’ll be front and centre – juggling budgets, briefs, suppliers, and smashing on-site event delivery. You’ll be one of the key people turning ideas into unforgettable experiences that wow the agency’s clients.
Key Objectives
- Embody and live company values in everything you do
- Deliver excellent client servicing with great stakeholder feedback
- Manage budgets confidently to hit 40%+ margins
- Procure suppliers accurately and on time
- Ensure all documentation (event bibles, H&S, working docs) is accurate and up-to-date
- Share key info clearly with the wider team
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage budgets, timelines and client-facing documents. Deliver events safely and smoothly, with full H&S delivery on-site.
- Production: Support supplier management for builds and AV, ensuring budget alignment.
- Client Relationships: Build supportive, trust-based relationships that make clients come back for more.
- Pitches: Be part of pitch kick-offs – researching and crafting bold ideas that stand out.
- Creative: Support the creative team with clear briefs. Make sure everything is signed off, proofed and ready to impress.
- On-site Support: Be right there on-site, supporting through build, live delivery and de-rig. Make sure the client feels totally looked after.
- Communication: Keep documentation tight, timely and shared – including reports, timelines & crew details.
- Event Operations: Handle logistics like a pro: travel, accommodation, haulage – it’s all on you.
- Task Lists: Keep the team in sync by updating project tasks for daily stand-ups.
- Sustainability: Lead with purpose – choose greener options, reuse materials, reduce waste.
