Love ecommerce? Love brands with personality? Even better. We’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the online growth strategy across two well‑known craft beer brands—driving performance, improving customer journeys, and growing direct‑to‑consumer revenue. This is a hands‑on role. You’ll be trusted to shape strategy, optimise performance, and make things happen. One minute you’ll be reviewing acquisition performance, the next you’ll be refining customer journeys or launching a new ecommerce initiative. It’s very much a "roll your sleeves up and get stuck in" role—but with serious opportunity to make an impact.

Our client is a well‑established independent brewery group with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and standout brands. With ambitious growth plans and a loyal customer base already in place, this is a business investing heavily in ecommerce and digital growth—making this a genuinely exciting time to join.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the ecommerce budgets, targets, and overall online trading performance
  • Lead all ecommerce activity across two Shopify storefronts
  • Develop short‑term plans to drive sales while shaping longer‑term growth strategies
  • Manage and optimise website performance, UX, and conversion journeys
  • Oversee integrations with stock and operational systems
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention across Meta, Google, affiliates, and other performance channels
  • Manage and optimise Klaviyo flows, including abandoned cart, post‑purchase, lapsed customer, and newsletter journeys
  • Segment and target audiences effectively (VIPs, repeat buyers, high‑potential customers, etc.)
  • Track, analyse, and report on ecommerce KPIs with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Identify and support additional ecommerce revenue opportunities—including marketplaces like Amazon
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, production, and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ecommerce experience, ideally within consumer products, retail, or FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce best practice
  • Experience managing performance marketing channels including Meta and Google Ads
  • Understanding of CRM and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience a big plus)
  • Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of online trading performance
  • Confident analysing data and turning insight into action
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Bonus Points

  • Experience within drinks, lifestyle, or challenger brands
  • Knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon
  • Understanding of stock systems and ecommerce integrations
  • Experience improving customer retention and LTV strategies

What Really Matters

  • You’re proactive and solutions‑focused
  • You enjoy being hands‑on and making things happen
  • You’re commercially aware but customer obsessed
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days look the same

Why Join?

  • Real ownership of ecommerce strategy and performance
  • Opportunity to shape the future of two growing brands
  • Hands‑on role with visibility and autonomy
  • A collaborative business with ambitious growth plans
