With 8+ years’ agency experience, you will bring deep expertise in web development, delivery leadership, and digital strategy. You will guide multi‑disciplinary teams, build client relationships, and lead projects that matter.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex digital and web development projects—from brief to launch.
  • Acting as a senior partner to clients: shaping scopes, supporting pitches, and deepening long‑term relationships.
  • Working closely with agency leadership to onboard new projects and support growth across the business.
  • Guiding and motivating Digital Client Managers and freelance specialists.
  • Owning project commercials—budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring strong profitability across accounts.
  • Reporting on performance, KPIs and learnings, and identifying opportunities to optimise.

What you’ll bring:

  • Expert project management skills across a range of platforms, technologies, and delivery approaches.

  • Analytic ability with hands‑on experience using GA, GTM, and performance measurement tools.
  • Fluency with digital tools including Trello, Jira, Confluence, Figma and Adobe XD.
