  • Developing integrated B2B communications strategies across PR, digital PR, SEO, content and social media
  • Acting as the trusted day‑to‑day contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic advice
  • Creating joined‑up campaign plans that align messaging, audiences, channels, KPIs and commercial objectives
  • Turning audience insight, industry trends, search behaviour and cultural moments into creative campaign ideas
  • Identifying opportunities through search insight, keyword research and social listening to inform campaign planning
  • Leading campaign delivery by coordinating PR, SEO, content, social and digital specialists to deliver outstanding work
  • Managing international campaigns and working with global partner agencies to deliver locally relevant communications
  • Measuring campaign performance across coverage, search visibility, engagement, traffic and wider commercial outcomes
  • Becoming an expert in your clients’ businesses, identifying proactive opportunities to support long‑term growth
