We’re working with a leading and very well-established digital agency in Leeds, that is looking for a commercially-minded Account Director (or a Senior Account Manager who is ready to make that step up) to lead a portfolio of national clients across performance marketing and digital strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s already comfortable leading senior conversations, spotting growth opportunities and helping clients connect marketing activity to proper business impact.

You’ll be the trusted partner for your clients, helping them make sense of performance, shape clear digital plans and get the very best from the specialist teams around you. You’ll work closely with experts across paid media, search, data and digital activation, while also supporting and developing junior members of the client services team. A great move for someone who enjoys the balance of strategic client leadership, commercial thinking and enough hands-on digital knowledge to ask the right questions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading senior client relationships across a portfolio of retained accounts
