We're working with a highly respected creative agency that's looking for a Client Director to join its senior team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships, spotting commercial opportunities and helping ambitious brands achieve more.

You'll lead a portfolio of major technology clients, becoming their strategic advisor whilst working closely with talented creatives, strategists and production teams to deliver work that makes a genuine impact. Alongside growing existing relationships, you'll help shape the agency's commercial direction, mentor the client services team and play a key role in the next stage of the agency's growth. If you're commercially sharp, naturally collaborative and passionate about creating long-term client partnerships, this is one you'll want to explore.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading senior client relationships, becoming the trusted strategic partner across a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Developing long-term account strategies that align creative thinking with commercial objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through new services, projects and strategic partnerships.
  • Working closely with strategy, creative and production teams to ensure every brief delivers exceptional work and measurable results.
  • Owning commercials across your portfolio, including forecasting, budgets, profitability and account performance.
  • Providing senior oversight across projects, solving challenges early and ensuring delivery remains smooth and commercially successful.
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing the client services team, helping people grow whilst maintaining exceptional client standards.
  • Contributing to wider agency growth, thought leadership and innovation as part of the senior leadership team.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Proven experience within a senior agency client services role, ideally as an Account Director, Senior Account Director or Client Director.
  • A strong track record of developing strategic client relationships and growing accounts.
  • Commercial confidence across forecasting, budgeting, profitability and account planning.
  • Experience leading pitches, proposals and senior client presentations.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate client objectives into commercially successful creative solutions.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations.
  • Previous experience mentoring and developing high-performing client services teams.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
