We are working exclusively with a very cool creative agency to find a Brand Strategist to lead strategy across the agency. They are a passionate team of creatives, developers, marketers, and project managers delivering bold, innovative, and impactful work across all channels. From building new brands to rolling out strategic campaigns, they thrive on creativity, collaboration, and making ideas happen.

You will be responsible for building the strategy function and team in the agency. You will get stuck into research, strategy, and creative development, working closely with colleagues across disciplines and becoming a trusted partner to clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading Strategy: Own the strategic debate for your clients, proactively shaping their brand's future.
  • Research & Insights: Combine desk research, client data, and advanced analytics to design and execute large-scale research projects. Confidently run focus groups and workshops, using an inspiring toolkit of techniques.
  • Creative Development: Write clear, compelling creative briefs. Lead creative reviews, work closely with creative leads, and be the trusted strategic sounding board for big ideas.
  • Media & Channels: Have an informed POV on media strategy, sign off on comms plans, and keep the team ahead of the latest trends.
  • Client Relationships: Become the go-to strategic partner for senior clients, building trust and influencing key decisions.
  • Pitching & New Business: Play a leading role in new business, from strategy development to pitch delivery. Help grow the agency's client base and identify new opportunities.
