About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Producer to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale advertising, TV and video productions for one of the region’s most exciting creative agency partners. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of every shoot — managing budgets, schedules, suppliers and logistics to ensure productions run smoothly, safely and to the highest creative standard. From pre‑production planning and supplier liaison to on‑set coordination and post‑production oversight, you’ll own the full production process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, understands the complexities of high‑end commercial shoots, and knows how to bring creative ideas to life with precision, calmness and control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of TV, video and commercial shoots
  • Build and manage production schedules, call sheets, risk assessments and budgets
  • Oversee all pre‑production activity including casting, locations, permits and equipment
  • Ensure all shoots run efficiently, safely and on time

Supplier & Crew Liaison

  • Act as the main point of contact for Directors, DOPs, Gaffers, Sound, Art Department and all crew
  • Source, negotiate and manage suppliers including studios, kit houses, freelancers and post‑production partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with trusted production partners

On‑Set Coordination

  • Lead on‑set operations, ensuring all departments are aligned and working to schedule
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly, keeping production on track
  • Ensure all health & safety protocols, risk assessments and compliance requirements are met

Logistics & Operations

  • Manage travel, accommodation, catering, transport and equipment logistics
  • Oversee location management including access, permits, parking and local regulations
  • Ensure all production paperwork is completed, organised and archived

Post‑Production Oversight

  • Coordinate edits, grading, sound design and delivery with internal and external teams
  • Track timelines, feedback rounds and final delivery requirements
  • Ensure all outputs meet creative, technical and client expectations

Knowledge, Technology & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager within advertising, film, TV or agency environments
  • Strong understanding of commercial production workflows from concept to delivery
  • Experience managing large‑scale shoots with multiple suppliers and crew
  • Confident working with Directors, DOPs, Gaffers and specialist departments
  • Knowledge of health & safety, risk assessments and industry compliance
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules and production documentation
  • Familiarity with production tools (e.g., StudioBinder, Farmers Wife, Google Workspace)

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Confident negotiator with suppliers and crew
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to anticipate issues before they arise

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, resourceful and solutions‑focused
  • Calm, clear‑headed and reliable in high‑pressure environments
  • Collaborative and supportive team player
  • Passionate about production, craft and creative excellence
  • Always learning and staying ahead of industry best practice

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Bonus scheme
  • Plenty of socials and a brilliant creative culture
