The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on, agency‑experienced Mid‑Weight Creative to deliver high‑quality creative work across a diverse client portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives across brand, campaign, and content projects, and enjoys the full creative journey, from ideation and presentation to development and execution. Working closely with the Head of Creative & Art Direction, you’ll bring a sharp creative eye, curiosity, and self‑motivation to conceptualise, design, and deliver engaging, high‑standard creative concepts. Collaboration across teams is key to ensure work is visually compelling, precise, consistent, and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts across brand, campaign, and content projects
- Present and justify design decisions internally and, when required, to clients
- Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, and visual consistency
- Confidently manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
- Work efficiently within budgets and commercial objectives
- Contribute actively to creative discussions and help push the agency forward
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a confident, hands‑on creative who can communicate vision clearly, develop ideas to their strongest visual and conceptual form, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Adaptable to changing priorities, you work well in teams, solve problems creatively, and bring deep technical and creative knowledge. You understand design principles, typography, colour theory, print processes, and art direction, and can apply them to deliver polished, innovative work.
Required Experience & Skills
- Significant experience in a creative, brand, or marketing agency environment
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and multi‑channel creative work
- Organised, proactive, and motivated to deliver high‑quality design
- Experienced in fast‑paced, quick‑turnaround environments
- Hands‑on experience with film and photography shoots
