This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves taking ownership of projects from the very first brief through to final delivery.
You'll combine creative thinking with exceptional organisation to develop ideas, lead productions and deliver outstanding content across film, TV advertising and digital campaigns.
Working alongside Strategy, Creative, Production, Post-Production and Client Services, you'll shape concepts, plan productions, direct shoots and oversee post-production, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard.
IMPORTANT: This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment.
You'll be managing multiple productions, balancing competing priorities and leading projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Development
- Develop creative concepts and compelling presentations in response to client briefs.
- Work closely with Strategy and Creative teams to shape ideas into engaging productions.
- Present creative ideas and production plans confidently to clients.
- Production Leadership
- Lead pre-production, including planning, scheduling, location sourcing, talent, crew, props and storyboards.
- Direct film shoots, ensuring the creative vision is brought to life.
- Manage productions on location, maintaining quality, efficiency and schedules throughout.
- Post-Production & Delivery
- Brief editors and post-production teams throughout the editing process.
- Review edits, provide creative feedback and manage client amends through to final approval.
- Ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard.
- Collaboration & Project Management
- Manage multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers and external production partners to deliver outstanding work.
- Stay informed of emerging creative trends, production techniques and cultural developments.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience within a creative agency, production company or in-house brand team.
- Proven experience managing projects from creative concept through to final delivery.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop creative ideas from a client brief.
- Experience directing film shoots and leading productions on location.
- Confident presenting ideas and building trusted relationships with clients.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Experience briefing and managing editors, freelance crews and production teams.
- Strong understanding of production workflows across film and digital content.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
