The Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Account Manager to join a busy Client Services team at an independent Liverpool agency. You’ll sit right in the middle of things, managing client relationships while keeping projects moving from brief through to delivery. You’ll be working across a mix of sport, fashion, destination, FMCG and third sector clients, making sure work lands on time, on brief and on budget. This is a role for someone who enjoys being across everything. Keeping teams aligned, spotting opportunities and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Own day-to-day client relationships and be a reliable point of contact
- Build strong, trusted relationships and understand what clients actually need.
- Keep communication clear, consistent and on point.
- Project Delivery
- Manage multiple projects from brief through to completion
- Make sure everything lands on brief, on time and on budget
- Translate client asks into clear, actionable briefs.
- Internal Collaboration
- Run internal kick-offs and keep everyone aligned
- Manage feedback and approvals without things dragging.
- Commercial Awareness
- Keep an eye on scope and flag when things start to drift
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and add value
- Process & Performance
- Build and manage timelines that actually work
- Support reporting and post-project reviews
- Help improve how things run, not just maintain them
What We’re Looking For
- You’re someone who enjoys being at the centre of things. You’re comfortable managing clients, juggling projects and keeping momentum across busy teams.
- You know how to take a client ask and turn it into something clear and workable for internal teams. You stay calm under pressure, stay organised, and don’t let things slip.
- You’re proactive, commercially aware and take pride in delivering work that not only looks good, but actually does what it’s meant to do.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience as an Account Manager within a creative or marketing agency.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Confident managing clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience briefing and working with creative and production teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- Good understanding of budgets and workflow.
- Experience across digital, social and content campaigns.
- Familiar with project management tools or quick to pick them up.
