What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving agency growth through new business activity, networking and relationship building
  • Identifying opportunities across existing and new sectors, particularly B2B, industrial and commercial markets
  • Building and nurturing a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Leading pitches, proposals and commercial conversations
  • Working closely with the founder to shape business strategy and growth plans
  • Helping develop the agency’s positioning, proposition and market presence
  • Supporting wider business operations as the agency grows and evolves
  • Playing an active role in the long‑term leadership and direction of the business
