Head of Growth, EMEA (mobile app performance & UA — backed by a global network)

Location – ideally London-based, remote/hybrid, with regular travel across Europe (1–3 trips per quarter)
Salary – £85k DOE + OTE/Commission

Plenty of \"go build the region\" sales roles hand you a business card and a quota.

This one hands you a client roster that gaming, fintech and health & fitness brands are already fighting to work with.

This is a creative performance and user acquisition agency that has spent the years since 2017 becoming the go-to partner for the biggest names in gaming, health & fitness and fintech.

Backed by a global network – 1,850+ people, 22 offices – they combine specialist agency agility with the reach and backing of a genuinely global operation.

They've got the case studies, the in-house creative team and the UA results.

What they need now is someone to own the region commercially – build a diverse pipeline (across target sectors of Ed Tech, gaming, health & fitness, and fintech), run the sales cycle, and put the agency's name in front of the brands and studios that matter across EMEA.

This is a senior, hands-on sales leadership role for someone who'd rather build a pipeline from scratch than inherit a warm book of referrals.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • New Business (c. 80%)
  • Owning the full sales cycle end to end – prospecting through to close – across gaming, fintech, Ed Tech and health & fitness advertisers
  • Building and converting a high-quality, diverse pipeline of new logos through outbound, networking and events. Referrals/inbounds will be handled by the wider internal team
  • Selling consultatively to CMOs, VPs of Growth and UA leads, connecting the agency's creative + performance model to their CPA, ROAS, LTV and retention goals
  • Owning and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets for Europe, reporting to agency leadership
  • Representing the agency at industry events and client meetings as a genuine ambassador for the brand
  • Go-to-Market & Brand Leadership (c. 20%)
  • Defining and executing the EMEA go-to-market and demand-gen strategy in partnership with global leadership
  • Shaping sales and marketing assets – case studies, pitch decks, thought leadership – that tell the agency's story in the region
  • Building co-selling and joint marketing relationships with platform partners including Meta, Tik Tok, Google and Apple Ads
  • Translating the results of previous agency case studies into value-focused messaging to prospects
  • What You'll Bring to the Table

Experience & Background

  • A proven new business track record in mobile performance marketing, mobile advertising or ad tech, with revenue targets owned and exceeded in EMEA
  • Deep UA knowledge across paid social, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads and mobile DSPs, including fluency with ATT/SKAd Network and privacy-first measurement
  • Fluency with MMPs (Apps Flyer, Adjust, Singular) and core performance KPIs – CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention
  • Strong pipeline management skills, CRM experience (Hubspot desirable) and confidence forecasting revenue
  • Knowledge of in-app advertising
  • Mindset & Approach
  • A demand-generation mindset – comfortable building a pipeline in markets where the brand isn't yet well known, not just working warm accounts
  • Strong instincts for content and thought leadership, and the ability to brief others to produce it
  • Campaign and ABM-focused. Able to design targeted, account-based programmes combining outbound, events and marketing
  • Nice to Have
  • An existing network of mobile app advertisers and publishers across gaming, fintech, Ed Tech or health & fitness
  • Prior experience at a mobile growth agency, performance marketing agency or mobile ad tech platform
  • A track record speaking at industry events, webinars or panels on mobile marketing or UA
  • Experience across any of the following sectors: Ed Tech, health & fitness and fintech

Why Join?

  • Real ownership over the agency's commercial future across EMEA, backed by the reach of a 1,850+ person, 22-office global network
  • A world‑class client roster and proven agency model to sell, with results‑driven case studies across gaming, lifestyle and fintech
  • Close collaboration with UA specialists, creative directors, data analysts and strategists who live and breathe mobile and in‑app growth
  • Flexible UK‑based working with regular in‑person collaboration and travel across Europe
  • £85k DOE with OTE/Commission
  • 25 days annual leave, rising to 28
  • Private healthcare with Vitality, plus a Cash Plan with Simply Health
  • A generous training allowance to support continuous learning
  • Free weekly team lunch, plus regular team events and socials
  • Enhanced Maternity/Paternity leave and a dedicated Wellbeing Allowance

Fancy It?

If your idea of new business is nurturing accounts someone else already warmed up, this probably isn't for you.

If you get excited at the idea of building an EMEA pipeline from a standing start, putting your own name on the wins, and becoming the person people think of when they think \"mobile UA in Europe\", that's exactly the gap this agency needs filling.

Bring the UA credibility, the new business instincts and the appetite to build a profile from scratch, and we'd love to hear from you.
