Hospitality Group | Consumer Brands
Reporting to: Marketing & Sales Director
The opportunity
We're working with a hugely exciting hospitality group behind two of the UK's best-known food and drink brands, looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to help take their digital performance to the next level.
With a customer database of over one million people, significant digital marketing budgets and ambitious plans to make better use of customer data, there's a real opportunity to make an impact.
This is a broad digital marketing role with a strong focus on CRM. You'll be responsible for understanding what drives customer behaviour, improving retention and conversion, and making sure their investment in digital marketing delivers measurable commercial results.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning CRM performance: Developing, managing and optimising customer journeys and automated campaigns across two brands, including an ongoing transition to Klaviyo.
- Turning data into action: Analysing customer behaviour, campaign results and CRM performance to identify opportunities to improve engagement, loyalty and revenue.
- Driving digital performance: Working closely with paid media and SEO agencies, challenging their recommendations and ensuring activity delivers against commercial objectives.
- Optimising digital spend: Helping manage significant advertising budgets, including paid promotions across delivery platforms such as Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
- Improving the digital experience: Working with web development partners to improve websites, booking journeys, tracking and conversion.
- Exploring smarter ways of working: Identifying opportunities to use AI, automation and new technology to improve efficiency and bring more digital capability in-house.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Strong CRM experience, particularly around customer journeys, segmentation, automation and performance analysis. You'll understand not just how to build a campaign, but how to measure and improve what it delivers.
- A well-rounded digital marketing background, with a solid understanding of paid media, PPC, websites and analytics. You don't need to be a specialist in every channel, but you'll know how to assess performance and challenge an agency.
- Confidence working with data and commercial metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates and customer retention.
- Experience using a major CRM platform. Klaviyo would be particularly useful, although experience with other platforms is welcome.
- A curious, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who enjoys testing ideas, embracing technology and finding better ways of doing things.
- Ideally, experience in hospitality, retail, e-commerce or another consumer-focused sector. However, we'd also be keen to hear from people with a strong agency background.
Deep SEO expertise or direct experience with delivery platforms would be a bonus, rather than essential.
Why it’s worth a look
This is an opportunity to have genuine ownership of digital marketing performance across two established consumer brands, rather than simply managing campaigns.
You'll be joining at an interesting stage, with a CRM platform migration under way, a significant customer database to work with and plenty of opportunity to shape how the business approaches digital marketing.
You'll also benefit from:
- Up to 30% annual bonus, paid quarterly.
- 50% discount across the group's venues for you, friends and family.
- Direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence commercial decisions.
- Training, development and progression opportunities within a growing business.
- A lively hospitality environment, with regular team events and additional perks.
Sound like your kind of role?
If you’re a commercially minded digital marketer who loves understanding customer behaviour, getting stuck into the numbers and finding smarter ways to deliver results, we’d love to hear from you.
