About the Role
We’re looking for a CRO Manager to join the Data team in a leading digital agency and lead experimentation strategies that drive measurable improvements for our clients’ websites and apps. Working closely with Digital Analysts and cross-functional teams, you’ll design and deliver data-driven optimisation strategies based on detailed analysis and post-test insights. Your work will focus on improving conversion rates through structured testing, statistical analysis and continuous experimentation. This role requires a systematic and analytical mindset, using industry-leading tools to develop and execute A/B testing strategies. You’ll collaborate with data specialists, experience design teams and client stakeholders to maximise performance and deliver meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and optimise client conversions through data-driven ideation, execution, reporting and analysis
- Run A/B tests and experimentation programmes, developing hypotheses and recommendations for website improvements
- Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform testing strategies
- Quality Assurance: QA test implementations before client previews to ensure accuracy and alignment with hypotheses
- Report results, findings and learnings to stakeholders and marketing managers
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support client KPIs and performance targets
- Deliver ongoing recommendations to improve user experience and website performance through continuous testing
- Work closely with other marketing teams (e.g. SEO and PPC) to align optimisation strategies with wider marketing activity
- Present testing performance and strategy in internal meetings
- Participate in client calls, meetings and presentations
- Deliver pre-campaign, mid-campaign and post-campaign analysis
- Support wider business needs where required, including training and additional tasks assigned by your manager
