Craft thought leadership and long-form content that drives brand authority
Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, strategists and clients
Apply SEO principles and content performance thinking where needed
Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up research, improve tone, or test variations (but never replace human insight!)
What You Bring

Versatility – from punchy microcopy to big-picture brand messaging
Strategic mindset – you see the bigger picture behind every brief
Confidence in running workshops or interviews with clients, subject experts and stakeholders
Journalism, content strategy, brand comms or copywriting background
Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Docs, Figma (or keen to learn!)
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, fintech or property – or the curiosity to dive into new sectors
Why You’ll Love It Here
Creative freedom and trust to shape work that makes a difference
Hybrid, flexible working – with 1 to 3 days in a welcoming, collaborative studio, or communal, hybrid working in the Manchester area.
Friendly, ego-free team that values both people and performance
Benefits package in progress – your voice will help shape it
