This role needs someone who can step into the senior team, own relationships at the highest level, and help steer the direction of the business. If you’re brilliant with clients and commercially sharp, and you’ve been waiting for something with real influence, this could be the one for you.
The Opportunity
You’ll join the board as Client Services Director, leading from the front when it comes to client relationships, growth and overall service standards. You’ll be the kind of person clients trust instinctively. Calm. Credible. Strategic. You know how to hold a room. You know how to challenge constructively. And you know how to turn strong relationships into long-term, profitable partnerships. Internally, you’ll help shape the direction of the agency alongside the other board members.
