We’re looking for an experienced Client Partner to lead high-profile digital accounts and shape the next stage of this fantastic agency’s growth. You’ll be the senior point of contact for some of their most important clients - driving relationships, digital strategy, and performance outcomes across Paid Media, SEO, Digital PR, UX, and Data. You’ll have a deep knowledge of performance digital but understand the full channel mix too.

What You’ll Be Doing- Lead strategic, performance-driven digital accounts, ensuring they are profitable, growing, and delivering client satisfaction (NPS measured).
- Inspire and develop your team, including direct line management of a Client Manager.
- Work across departments and channels to shape briefs, lead strategic planning, and bring ideas to life.
- Facilitate workshops, QBRs and deep dive sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with performance channel leads on forecasting, reporting and optimising ongoing work.
- Own commercial performance, including setting targets, reporting, and negotiating fees/contracts.
- Drive organic growth and spot new opportunities within existing and future clients.
- Actively promote inclusion, equity and belonging through your leadership, team culture and decision-making.
- Represent B Corp commitment—helping create a workplace and client partnerships that are driven by purpose as well as performance.
- Internal: Client Strategy, Creative, Performance Teams, Tech, Ops, New Business, HR, Finance, Board.
- External: Marketing & Digital Teams, Procurement Teams, Partner Agencies, Freelancers, Media/Supplier Partners.
- A confident, experienced digital marketing leader (7+ years in an agency or strategic role).
- Commercially sharp - able to balance budget realities with ambitious growth goals.
- An excellent presenter and communicator, capable of commanding senior-level meetings.
- A strategic thinker who digs into briefs and interrogates assumptions.
- Future-focused - always pushing toward long-term client success, not just short-term delivery.
- A strong, empathetic leader who develops people, not just manages them.
- Passionate about great work and where digital fits in the bigger business picture.
- Is already operating at Account Director level (or higher).
