We’re looking for an experienced Client Partner to lead high-profile digital accounts and shape the next stage of this fantastic agency’s growth. You’ll be the senior point of contact for some of their most important clients - driving relationships, digital strategy, and performance outcomes across Paid Media, SEO, Digital PR, UX, and Data. You’ll have a deep knowledge of performance digital but understand the full channel mix too. You’ll be working for a hybrid marketing agency obsessed with delivering integrated, brilliant, accountable work. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead strategic, performance-driven digital accounts, ensuring they are profitable, growing, and delivering client satisfaction (NPS measured)
- Inspire and develop your team, including direct line management of a Client Manager
- Work across departments and channels to shape briefs, lead strategic planning, and bring ideas to life
- Facilitate workshops, QBRs and deep dive sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
- Partner with performance channel leads on forecasting, reporting and optimising ongoing work
- Own commercial performance, including setting targets, reporting, and negotiating fees/contracts
- Drive organic growth and spot new opportunities within existing and future clients
- Actively promote inclusion, equity and belonging through your leadership, team culture and decision-making
- Represent B Corp commitment — helping create a workplace and client partnerships that are driven by purpose as well as performance
