About the Role

  • Own the customer acquisition strategy, driving sustainable growth across multiple products and services.
  • Plan, forecast and optimise marketing budgets to maximise performance and return on investment.
  • Work closely with digital agency partners to deliver high-performing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Oversee acquisition activity from planning through to optimisation, ensuring campaigns remain on track against budgets and KPIs.
  • Lead CRM strategy, including audience segmentation, automation and customer journeys to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Support the continued growth of organic traffic, working with agency partners to improve visibility across search and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Collaborate with digital experience teams to improve website performance and conversion rates through testing and optimisation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, highlighting opportunities, risks and areas for optimisation.
  • Use customer and market insight to shape future acquisition strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Brand & Campaign Development
  • Deliver brand-led acquisition campaigns that balance long-term awareness with short-term commercial performance.
  • Work closely with Brand and Content teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned across all acquisition channels.
  • Measure brand performance and continually refine campaigns based on insight and results.
  • Lead and support a small marketing team, providing coaching, guidance and development.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading multi-channel acquisition campaigns within a marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, including Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM and digital acquisition.
  • Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance and optimising marketing spend.
  • Confident leading projects, influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • You're commercially minded and passionate about delivering measurable growth.
  • You enjoy balancing brand marketing with performance-driven acquisition.
