Overview
We're working with an ambitious, fast‑growing digital agency looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their thriving Client Services team. You'll become the day‑to‑day partner for a portfolio of retained clients, ensuring projects run smoothly, opportunities are identified, and every client receives the exceptional service the agency has become known for. What You'll Be Doing
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with a portfolio of retained clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Lead client meetings, presentations and regular status updates
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through additional services and strategic recommendations
- Create project plans, timelines and briefs that keep internal teams aligned
- Act as the central point of contact between clients and the agency's creative, digital and delivery teams
- Manage expectations, priorities and deadlines across multiple accounts
- Understand each client's objectives and ensure every piece of work supports their wider business goals
- Monitor project progress, budgets and profitability
- Deliver an outstanding client experience that builds long‑term partnerships and client loyalty
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Client Services professional within a digital, creative or marketing agency
- Some experience working in regulated industries
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills—you genuinely enjoy working with people
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Confident leading client conversations and presenting ideas
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive, proactive and solutions‑focused approach
