The Role: We’re looking for a commercially-savvy, culturally-switched-on Account Director to lead flagship accounts and drive strategic growth across the board. You’ll be the go-to for senior clients — building trust, adding value, and leading delivery across campaign, brand, retail and experience. You understand the real power of insight, and how to turn thinking into action that moves the needle. You’ll lead internal teams to deliver great work — on time, on budget, and always on point. What You’ll Do:
- Lead key client relationships — trusted advisor, strategic partner, delivery lead.
- Drive and shape strategic responses, campaign thinking and experience roll-outs.
- Turn insight into direction — writing briefs, decks and client narratives that land.
- Partner with strategy + creative to craft standout work with real-world impact.
- Own budgets, forecasts and reporting — drive profitability with confidence.
- Mentor and lead your team — guiding delivery, commercial rigour and client service.
- Identify and land growth opportunities across new and existing clients.
- Write and deliver pitch responses, proposals and tender submissions.
- Support financial governance — reconciliation, tracking and accurate reporting.
